Are you passionate about delivering positive, seamless and exceptional experiences for our Members and Fans? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Ticketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in coordinating the day to day ticketing operations across all WA Cricket events.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure every detail is covered. If you’re organised, detail-driven and thrive in a fast-paced, event-focused environment, this is your chance to play a key role behind some of WA’s biggest sporting moments.
How you’ll make an impact
- Build, maintain and update event configurations across the full sales cycle, including pricing, products, seating plans, maps and inventory for all W/BBL, domestic cricket and WACA Ground events.
- Manage ticket inventory and allocations, including member holds, to maximise availability and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate ticketing services with internal stakeholders, ticketing agents and venue partners to ensure events are delivered accurately and on time.
- Process stakeholder ticket requests, allocations and distributions.
- Support match-day ticketing operations including box office services, signage, holds and customer enquiries.
- Act as the first point of contact for ticketing issues on event days, assisting with relocations, troubleshooting and refunds in line with established processes.
- Assist with the training and coordination of casual Service Centre Administrators.
- Provide day-to-day system support and troubleshooting for ticketing platforms.
- Maintain documentation of processes and workflows to ensure consistent delivery.

- Work closely with the Head of Membership & Ticketing to support ticketing operations, reporting, and system improvements.
- Collaborate with Communications, Marketing & Stakeholder Engagement, Customer Experience, and Finance teams to support campaign delivery, service outcomes, and sales reporting.
- Support broader ticketing and membership projects and system improvements.
- Liaise with external providers to maintain and enhance ticketing systems.
- Contribute to planning and debrief meetings to support continuous improvement.
- Assist with ticketing and membership data integrations across all of WA Cricket Departments.
- Stay up to date on ticketing best practice and industry trends.
- Support broader team initiatives and projects as required to achieve organisational objectives.
- Act as an ambassador for WA Cricket, promoting our values and fostering positive Member and Fan experiences.
