Warwickshire Cricket is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Membership & Group Sales Executive to play an important role in the continued growth and development of our Membership and Group Sales activity at Edgbaston.

This is a varied and fast-paced Commercial role, offering the opportunity to combine proactive sales, relationship building, Member engagement, events and supporter services. You’ll work across cricket at Edgbaston to grow Membership, match ticket and group sales, while developing relationships with businesses, organisations and community groups across Birmingham and Warwickshire.

You’ll also play a key role in bringing our Membership proposition to life, supporting the delivery of Member engagement activity and events throughout the year. From developing new sales opportunities to helping deliver memorable experiences for our Members and supporters, no two days will be quite the same.

Working closely with our Ticketing & Membership and Supporter Services teams, you’ll be a key point of contact for Members and supporters, managing enquiries and helping to resolve issues across telephone, email and face-to-face channels. You’ll also be involved in matchday activity, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience for supporters at Edgbaston.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities and working towards commercial targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service. If you’re organised, proactive and confident communicating with a wide range of people, this is an opportunity to make a real contribution to the continued growth of Membership and Group Sales and the wider supporter experience at Edgbaston.
