We're excited at Wilston Norths Junior Cricket Club to announce that we are seeking our next Cricket Blast Coordinator!
Our Blast program is one of the largest and most respected in the country, with over 250 players aged 5 to 9. It plays a crucial role in providing young children and their families with a positive introduction to cricket.
We are looking for an energetic, organised, and community-minded leader to advance the program. This individual will foster a fun and inclusive environment for kids while supporting the families and volunteers who make WNJCC such a wonderful club.
The role also involves leading our exceptional group of teenage Blast Coaches, helping them develop confidence, leadership skills, and a meaningful connection to junior sport.
This is a paid position of approximately 10 hours per week, offering above-award rates, a balanced mix of planning and on-field involvement, and strong support from our club community.
