Role: Community Coach and Development Officer

Contract: Permanent, Full time position (37 hours per week)
Salary: £27,460 plus benefits

This exciting and wide-ranging role will require the individual to hold a coaching qualification due to the community coaching that will form part of the responsibilities. However, the role also includes responsibility for managing several key programmes such as All Stars Cricket, Dynamos Cricket and our MCC Foundation Hub programmes. This mix of community coaching and Development Officer responsibilities provides an attractive and balanced role that will impact many areas of our work.
