The Opportunity

Join the Yorkshire Cricket Foundation as our new People Coordinator and play an important role in supporting a positive and inclusive employee experience across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, collaborative and people-focused, and who takes pride in delivering efficient and proactive People processes.

You will take ownership of key People activities across the employee lifecycle, help maintain accurate data and ensure colleagues have clear and consistent support.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee the employee journey by coordinating onboarding, contract changes and leavers.
  • Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers by responding to queries and offering clear guidance.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including pre-employment checks, preparing offer documentation and employment contracts.
  • Maintain People processes and data, ensuring HR records are accurate, running routine HR reports, and managing the People inbox.

About You

We are looking for people who meet the below criteria:

 

  • 2+ years experience in an HR/People administrative or coordination role
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Experience coordinating recruitment processes
  • Understanding of HR processes, best practice and basic employment compliance requirements
