Cricket West Indies (CWI) and the West Indies Players’ Association (WIPA) have announced that a limited number of fan tickets are now available for the prestigious 8th CWI/WIPA Awards Gala, set for Sunday, 22 June 2025, at the Wyndham Grand Barbados.
The black-tie event, typically invitation-only, is opening its doors to the public for the first time with a select number of tickets available at US$350.00 each. Honouring the 50th anniversary of the 1975 Cricket World Cup victory
The 2025 edition of the CWI/WIPA Awards Gala will mark 50 years since the West Indies’ historic 1975 World Cup triumph — a moment that changed the course of Caribbean cricket and global limited-overs history. Attendees will be treated to tributes and appearances by surviving members of the legendary squad, exclusive archival footage, and commemorative presentations that celebrate the team’s lasting legacy.
