This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity to play a key role within a prestigious London organisation. Working closely with in the Commercial Partnerships team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and account management to MCC’s Seasonal Suite holders. In addition, you will support Partnerships Managers in servicing Commercial Partners, Supplier, Affiliates, and key stakeholders, including ECB Sponsors, Middlesex Cricket and MCC’s Foundation.
With a strong emphasis on customer retention and relationship management, you will ensure that every engagement enhances the Lord’s and MCC brand, driving loyalty and long-term value. You will also support the Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager and Commercial Partnerships Manager with various projects and tasks as needed.
This role requires an organised, proactive, and professional individual who can represent MCC with integrity, aligning with our core values.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS – SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant experience in sports account management and rights delivery preferable.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of business.
- A genuine passion for the sponsorship and hospitality industry.
- High level of tact, discretion, and professionalism, with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
- A highly collaborative approach, able to work effectively across multiple commercial functions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high standard of work.
- Flexibility regarding working hours, particularly on match days and event days.
