After two years of intensive and successful work with the national women’s team, our head coach, Neil MacRae, has decided to step down at the end of February 2026. His final assignment with the team will be the qualifying tournament for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in January.
Throughout this time, Neil demonstrated dedication and leadership; the entire KNCB organization appreciated his professionalism and commitment. Neil looks back on his time at the KNCB with great fondness. His focus will remain on supporting the team’s progress until his departure.
