The Board of Directors of North West Cricket has resolved, at a duly constituted special meeting, to place the Chief Executive Officer, Mr Ismail Minty, on precautionary suspension with immediate effect, pending the outcome of an independent investigation.
This step has been taken in the interest of good governance and does not constitute a finding of wrongdoing.
The Board remains committed to ensuring organisational stability and continuity of operations, and an acting arrangement will be communicated in due course.
North West Cricket (NPC) will not be providing further comment at this stage, as the matter is subject to an ongoing process.
