RCB and Nothing announce title sponsorship ahead of 2026 season
Fresh off their maiden Indian Premier League title, Royal Challengers Bengaluru have officially announced a landmark partnership with UK-based consumer tech brand Nothing, naming them the franchise’s title sponsor for the 2026 season.
The announcement, made jointly by both parties and confirmed on RCB’s official social media platforms, signals a deeper continuation of their relationship following a successful association last season.

Shared momentum after a championship breakthrough
RCB’s first-ever IPL triumph in 2025 marked the end of a 17-year-long wait and served as a key backdrop for the expanded partnership. With this new deal, Nothing will become the primary brand featured across RCB’s matchday jerseys, digital platforms, stadium activations, and fan engagement experiences throughout the 2026 campaign.
Rajesh Menon, Chief Operating Officer of Royal Challengers Bengaluru, emphasized the synergy between the two brands. “We’re delighted to welcome Nothing as our Title Sponsor. As one of the fastest-growing consumer tech brands, Nothing aligns naturally with RCB’s creative, next-gen ethos. Building on our championship season, this partnership commits to elevating fan experiences through bold storytelling and innovation,” he said in an official statement.
India-centric expansion for Nothing
For Nothing, the sponsorship is not just a marketing deal—it’s a strategic move tied closely to its ambitions in India, one of its fastest-growing markets. The company has consistently topped smartphone growth charts across seven of the last eight quarters, according to industry reports, and plans to open its first flagship store in Bengaluru in February 2026.
Co-founder and India President Akis Evangelidis described the tie-up with RCB as a natural extension of the brand’s values. “RCB’s journey last season was unreal. It captured the emotion, hunger and energy that define cricket in India. As the fastest growing smartphone brand in India, partnering with the champions as their Title Sponsor feels like the right next step for us. The team’s passion, connection with fans, and fearless approach to competition mirror the values we have built Nothing on. India is at the heart of Nothing’s story, and this collaboration gives us a chance to connect even deeper with the fans,” he said in an official statement.
Building brand value through sport
As Nothing continues its rise in the Indian consumer tech space, its association with one of the IPL’s most iconic and newly crowned champion teams gives it a platform to reach millions of cricket fans.
The collaboration underscores a broader trend of tech firms using sports partnerships to boost visibility and drive engagement. For RCB, it’s another strategic step forward in commercial growth following their long-awaited title success. For Nothing, it’s a statement of intent—a way to embed itself even deeper into the cultural and sporting pulse of the country.
