Lahore, 22 July 2025 – The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has released its official list of player No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for the month of July 2025, allowing top domestic and former international cricketers to participate in overseas T20 and franchise leagues.
The list includes active players as well as veteran stars participating in various global competitions such as the Global Super League, WCL (World Championship of Legends), and county cricket in England.
