The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has released an updated list of No Objection Certificates (NOCs) issued to national players, enabling participation in multiple high-profile T20 leagues across the UAE and Australia.
This includes clearances for the Abu Dhabi T10 League, the International League T20 (ILT20) in Dubai, and the Big Bash League (BBL) in Australia—demonstrating a more flexible stance on player participation in overseas tournaments following a recent period of scrutiny.
NOCs granted for Abu Dhabi T10 League
Several Pakistani cricketers have been cleared to participate in the ongoing Abu Dhabi T10 League, with NOCs valid until November 25.
Players granted permission for the tournament include:

Dubai ILT20 lineup includes Fakhar, Naseem, Hasan Nawaz
For the upcoming ILT20 League in Dubai, the PCB has approved three players to participate from December 2 to January 4:
- Fakhar Zaman
- Naseem Shah
- Hasan Nawaz
This trio adds depth and star power to the second edition of the ILT20, with all three players featuring across formats for Pakistan in recent years.
NOCs for Big Bash League stars were previously approved
Separately, the PCB had already issued NOCs to some of the country’s top names for the 2025–26 season of Australia’s Big Bash League:
