We are looking for Senior Manager Legal who will be responsible to manage PCB’s Legal matters, providing proactive high-quality advice and risk assessment, in compliance with Organization policies and external laws and regulations.
Required Education & Experience
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
• Minimum 8 year of working experience in relevant field.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and/or prepare any/all general and specific contracts when directed.
• Responsible to provide quality legal assistance in overall corporate matters including contracts.
• Coordinate with external lawyers with respect to legal cases.
• To provide advice on HR/labor law-related issues and Vet all contracts having any impact related to labor law.
• Preparing legal notices and their replies with consultation of departmental head.
• Responsible to protect the company and its employees from the issuance of any warrants and/or coercive measures being adopted by certain govt departments, in the best possible manner.
Competency Requirement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of PPRA laws
• Able to handle the assigned affairs independently
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining the quality of work experience
