Warwickshire County Cricket Club is looking to appoint a full-time Performance Analyst to join the Elite Cricket Department at Edgbaston Cricket Ground in Birmingham, home to Warwickshire County Cricket Club, the Bears, as well as Test and international cricket.

The role

Warwickshire County Cricket Club is on the lookout for a talented Performance Analyst to join our Elite Cricket department.

In this role, you’ll play a crucial role in our success, providing insights to players and coaches, analysing match footage, and shaping winning strategies. Whether it’s decoding the opposition’s tactics or fine-tuning our own game plan, you’ll be at the heart of the action, making a tangible impact on our performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • Practical experience in performance analysis, particularly in cricket, will be highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills are essential.
  • A passion for the game and an unwavering commitment to improvement.

This position involves managing freelance analysts, ensuring their work aligns with our objectives and standards. Strong organisational and communication skills are key.
