KFC and New Zealand Cricket sign three year partnership

KFC announced today a three-year deal with New Zealand Cricket, as a Partner of the BLACKCAPS and WHITE FERNS as well as naming rights partner for theT20 series against the West Indies and presented by Partner of the Super Smash.

This partnership will see KFC amplify the cricket experience for New Zealand, by engaging kiwis in a unique way – injecting fun, energy and the Colonel’s famous chicken into the game, both on the field and off.

Restaurant Brands New Zealand CEO, Arif Khan is excited to see KFC as the official sponsor of New Zealand Cricket.

“We are always looking at ways to inject excitement into everyday activities and cricket is the perfect domain to do just that. A huge part of our ethos at KFC is to celebrate and connect with our customers, bringing this to life with a popular kiwi sport is great,” Arif says.

New Zealand Cricket CEO, David White is looking forward to working with KFC and pushing boundaries off the field.

“As an organisation, we strive to grow our national summer sport community, we’re excited to be doing so with KFC while spicing up the viewing experience of cricket,” says David.
