You will partner with clubs on their ticketing and membership strategies, along with retail and audiences, driving innovation and product development across all customer aspects. You will collaborate with CA Marketing to guide the marketing and brand strategy for the league and other internal CA departments to ensure plans drive awareness, interest, viewership, and attendance.

Highly adept commercial leadership will see you partner with Clubs and CA Commercial to develop new business opportunities to drive additional revenue and review current commercial models and support Clubs in optimising returns for their State Associations and Australian Cricket. You will play a key role in reinforcing BBL as the preferred entertainment for families across summer through targeted, strategic partnerships.
