The Melbourne Stars are pleased to announce that the Stars Family Day will return to Casey Fields this year on Sunday, 18th December.

The club has again partnered with the City of Casey to bring Stars fans closer to their Big Bash heroes than ever, after last year’s event was cancelled due to extreme weather.

The Stars region extends throughout the City of Casey in one of the biggest growth corridors in Melbourne and forms a large part of the membership and fanbase of the club.

Fans will be able to interact with the likes of Glenn Maxwell, Adam Zampa and Marcus Stoinis just days before a huge fixture at the CitiPower Centre in Melbourne.

Some of the activities available include:

• ‘Meet and greet’ player signings
• Kids cricket clinic
• Food trucks
• Inflatables
• Facepainting
• Workshops and giveaways
• Local and professional sporting clubs
• A live DJ

Melbourne Stars General Manager Blair Crouch said:

“We cannot wait to see the return of the Melbourne Stars Family Day, one of the key dates return to our W/BBL Calendar.

“One of our main goals for BBL|12 is to reconnect with our members and fans who have been so loyal over the last couple of years in their support of the club.
