Over the coming weeks, Cricket Ireland are hosting three webinars as part of the Coach Connects Spring Series, aimed at all cricket coaches on the island of Ireland, and coaches of other disciplines too.

Webinar: Character Development Workshop

Guest Speaker: Stevie Baxter of The Sporting Pursuit

In this workshop, Stevie Baxter from The Sporting Pursuit will discuss the following:
• What is Character Development
• Behaviour Management v Character Development
• Developing the person 1st
• The role of the coach in developing individual and team character

Talk: Processing the Mental Health of a Player

Guest Speaker: Michael O’Toole of Occupational Wellness Solutions

This webinar has been designed to fulfil a training need to support coaches of teams where coaches have concerns about the mental health of a player in their squads. 
This introduction is a practical session to provide the coaches with concrete guidance and support to enable them to process a concern effectively.
