The second Betway SA20 auction takes place on Wednesday, 27 September with each of the six teams still to complete their 19-players squads, which will include a Rookie for the first time.

Betway SA20 runs through how each squad is currently shaping up, and what each team will likely want from the auction. We look at the Pretoria Capitals…

What they might want:

Last season’s runners-up have the biggest purse available and the most slots to fill at the Betway SA20 Season 2 auction. They have managed to hold on to the prolific Will Jacks, but have released Phil Salt and Kusal Mendis leaving a vacancy for a high-quality top-order batter amongst other potential new signings.

Daniel Bell-Drummond (Base price: R425 000), Adam Lyth (R850 000), Robin Uthappa (R850 000), Paul Sterling (R425 000), Colin Ackerman (R425 000), Shan Masood (R425 000), Janneman Malan (R175 000), Marques Ackerman (R175 000), Tony de Zorzi (R175 000), *Jonathan Bird (R75 000), Gihahn Cloete (R175 000), Wesley Marshall (R175 000).
