Award nominees announced for Cricket NSW

Cricket NSW will celebrate the performances of their elite players next Thursday at the SCG during the 22nd Annual Awards night – and the finalists are in.

Players and dignitaries will gather at the iconic ground to celebrate the season that was, with the evening culminating in the crowning of the Belinda Clark and Steve Waugh medallists. Before the major gongs, winners will be announced for the Sydney Sixers and Sydney Thunder WBBL and BBL Players of the Tournament, the Michael Bevan One-Day Cup Player of the Tournament, WNCL Player of the Tournament and Sheffield Shield Player of the Tournament. The evening will also feature recognition of players that have made their debuts for the NSW Men’s and Women’s teams – the Blues and Breakers – this summer, as well as the retirement of Stephen O’Keefe and the three 100-match achievements for Moises Henriques.
