The International Masters League (IML), a fresh cricket tournament featuring retired stars, is set to kick off its inaugural season on February 22. The league will see six teams—India, Sri Lanka, Australia, England, West Indies, and South Africa—competing, with the opening match pitting Sachin Tendulkar’s India Masters against Kumar Sangakkara’s Sri Lanka Masters.
On Friday, IML revealed its lineup of sponsors and partners, although the financial details remain undisclosed. Bank of Baroda and CIFDAQ Global have secured the platinum sponsorship slots, while Dream11 has been named the official fantasy sports partner. Additionally, Mutual Funds Sahi Hai will serve as the umpire partner, and Reliance Consumer Products’ Campa Cola has taken on the role of pouring partner.
Further strengthening the event, the league has also welcomed National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC), Steel Authority of India (SAIL), NTPC, and Roobat as official partners.
Fans can catch all the live action as matches will be streamed on JioHotstar. Television coverage will be provided by Colors Cineplex (SD and HD) and Colors Cineplex Superhits, with live broadcasts starting at 7:30 pm.
“Cricket fans worldwide can expect an electrifying contest as two iconic teams reignite their rivalry in what promises to be a grand spectacle of skill, nostalgia, and competitive spirit,” IML said in a statement.
