The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has officially invited proposals for videography and editing services through a structured tender process. The move is aimed at onboarding reputed vendors to manage high-quality video production across BCCI events and platforms.
In its latest announcement, the BCCI stated that a Request for Proposal (RFP) document will be shared with interested parties upon payment of a non-refundable fee of INR 1,00,000 + applicable GST. The RFP outlines the terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, and proposal evaluation procedures for the videography and editing contract.

Eligibility criteria for bidders
General eligibility: The RFP must be purchased by the bidding entity or a group company. Purchasing the RFP alone does not entitle a party to submit a proposal.
Financial eligibility:
- Indian companies must have a minimum annual turnover of INR 5 crore
- Foreign companies must show turnover of at least USD 590,000 (or equivalent) based on the most recent audited financial year
Technical eligibility:
- Minimum four years’ experience in videography and editing with a recognized sports organization, league, or team (preferably cricket)
- Must have the capability to cover multiple venues simultaneously
Note: The RFP fee is non-refundable and will not be adjusted under any circumstances.
