BCCI issues tender for broadcast graphics services for domestic cricket

3 July 2025, Mumbai: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has officially opened the tender process to award broadcast graphics services for India’s domestic cricket seasons. Reputed companies are invited to acquire the rights and obligations to deliver these services through a formal bidding process.

RFP details and important dates

The Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the terms, eligibility, and requirements for submitting proposals. The RFP is available for a non-refundable fee of INR 1,00,000 plus GST or USD 1,175 for foreign entities. Key dates include:

  • RFP release date: 3 July 2025
  • Last date to seek clarifications: 9 July 2025
  • Last date to purchase RFP: 14 July 2025
  • Proposal submission deadline: 21 July 2025, 12:00 PM IST

Eligibility criteria

Interested parties must meet strict financial and technical eligibility requirements:

  • Minimum average annual turnover of INR 2 crore over the last three financial years
  • At least three years of experience delivering broadcast graphics for cricket events
  • Experience working with ICC members or ICC-sanctioned tournaments
  • Proven capability to support simultaneous HD graphics kits for two concurrent events
  • Minimum in-house team: one designer, two developers, four operators

How to obtain the RFP

Indian and international entities must remit the applicable RFP fee to BCCI’s designated bank accounts. Upon payment, proof must be emailed to [email protected] with the subject: “Confirmation of Payment of RFP Fee for Broadcast Graphics Services for BCCI’s Domestic Seasons”, along with:

  • Name and registered address of the entity
  • PAN and GST numbers (if applicable)

Only those entities that purchase the RFP and satisfy all criteria outlined in Annexures A and B will be eligible to submit a bid.

The BCCI reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel the RFP process at any stage without providing any reason. Purchasing the RFP does not automatically qualify an entity to bid.
