The McGrath Foundation, alongside Cricket Australia and Sydney Cricket Ground, is calling on the nation to ‘Rise to the Occasion’ this NRMA Insurance Pink Test to help take its life-changing care to people experiencing cancer.
McGrath Foundation President & Co-Founder Glenn McGrath, CA CEO Todd Greenberg and Venues NSW CEO Kerrie Mather, were joined at the SCG today by patients with a lived experience of cancer who have received the life-changing care of a McGrath Cancer Care Nurse following the Foundation’s expansion to all cancers just 12 months ago.
Almost half of those living in Australia are likely to be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime*, the McGrath Foundation and Cricket Australia are urging Australia to dig deep this Pink Test, with the most ambitious fundraising target yet – selling 480,000 Virtual Pink Seats to support 8,000 families experiencing cancer.
Every Virtual Pink Seat sold helps fund McGrath Cancer Care Nurses, providing free support to people and their families going through cancer.
