About Cricket8

We are a fast-growing UK startup, publishing low latency in-depth data alongside original video, audio and written content to cricket fans in India and across South Asia.

Having swiftly built a significant following, we are now in the process of developing an early-stage PoC for monetisation.

The Role

In developing our new product, we must implement a fully bespoke CRM system in order to:

Securely store user data

Scalable storage of user data

Store information on player balances

Record gameplay history

Control push notification integrations

Email Notifications / WhatsApp / SMS Notifications

Segmentation (based on user behaviour, profile, Coin balance, Ruby balance, favourite teams etc.)

Reporting

User referral records

We require a CRM consultant to assist in longlisting potentially suitable CRM software, followed by shortlisting based on tradeoffs of our hierarchy of requirements.

Skills & Experience

It is essential that candidates bring a broad experience of CRM softwares with an expert knowledge of strengths and weaknesses of each, for different customer requirements. You must be able to work holistically and not have pre-judgements of your preferred software.
