JOHANNESBURG: Cricket South Africa (CSA) has announced a revised men’s international home schedule for the 2025/26 season, confirming that the five-match T20I series against the West Indies has been shortened to three matches.

The adjustment follows the ICC’s confirmation of the 2026 Men’s T20 World Cup support period, which is set to begin on 31 January 2026. To align with the international calendar, the original series, previously scheduled from 27 January to 06 February, will now run from 27–31 January.

Revised Proteas vs West Indies T20I schedule

The three-match T20 International series will begin at Boland Park in Paarl on Tuesday, 27 January. The second T20I will be played at SuperSport Park, Centurion on Thursday, 29 January.

The third and final match, set for Saturday, 31 January, will be the season’s iconic Pink Day T20I at DP World Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg. Traditionally an ODI, Pink Day is one of South Africa’s most celebrated cricket events, raising awareness and funds for breast cancer research.

The series serves as preparation for the ICC Men’s U19 Cricket World Cup 2026, which will be co-hosted by Namibia and Zimbabwe early next year.
