England men’s 2026/27 South Africa tour schedule confirmed as Boxing Day and New Year’s Tests headline winter programme

Three Tests at the Wanderers, Centurion and Newlands anchor the series, with a three-match ODI leg to follow after a planned T20I series is shelved due to scheduling conflicts.

Cricket South Africa have announced the dates and venues for England Men’s winter tour to South Africa in 2026/27.

The Test series gets underway on the 17 December at the Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg before the traditional Boxing Day Test at SuperSport Park at Centurion.

The series finished with the iconic New Year’s Test at Newlands Cricket Ground in Cape Town.

Our ODI series begins at Boland Park in Paarl with the final two matches of the series being held at the Manguang Oval in Bloemfontein.

The originally planned IT20 series has been removed from the schedule due to scheduling conflicts, and both parties are exploring opportunities to reschedule it at a later date.

1st Test | 17-21 December | Wanderers, Johannesburg
2nd Test | 26-30 December | SuperSport Park, Centurion
3rd Test | 3-7 January | Newlands Cricket Ground, Cape Town
