Glamorgan County Cricket Club is seeking to appoint an individual to lead its Women’s and Girl’s Emerging Player Program (EPP)
The successful candidate will be a values driven individual with a passion for improving players through fostering an inclusive development culture both on and off the field.
The EPP Lead will take responsibility for the planning and delivery of the EPP in conjunction with the Head of Women and Girls Cricket.
They will be able to set out a vision and plan for the development of players and be able to evidence excellent communication skills.
