The Guyana Amazon Warriors will once again host the prestigious ExxonMobil Guyana Global Super League (GSL) in 2025, bringing world-class T20 action to Providence Stadium from July 10–18.
The Amazon Warriors, champions of the 2023 Caribbean Premier League (CPL), will lead a field of five elite franchises competing for the GSL title and a share of the US$1 million prize pool. This high-profile tournament will feature top international talent and showcase both cricketing excellence and the vibrant cultural spirit of Guyana.
Guyana returns as host after successful 2024 tournament
After a thrilling 2024 edition, where the Amazon Warriors narrowly missed the final due to Net Run Rate, Guyana has earned another opportunity to host the event. Their spirited campaign and consistent CPL record — including playoff qualifications every year and seven CPL final appearances — make them fitting hosts for the GSL’s growing global platform.
