HENDRICK’S GIN AND MCC HAVE TODAY ANNOUNCED A NEW THREE-YEAR PARTNERSHIP.

Hendrick’s, the UK’s No. 1 premium gin brand aims to refresh the traditional cricket experience at Lord’s with speciality bars and unique serves available to visitors.

Cricket fans will be able to enjoy a range of gin drinks to choose from during matches at Lord’s this summer, from the Hendrick’s bar on the Nursery Ground, offering the most refreshing Hendrick’s Gin cocktails, including a Hendrick’s Neptunia Fizz – a delightful, limited-release tipple, combining a smooth, bright citrus finish with delicious coastal botanicals.

At the first Test match of the summer, fans will notice a different drinks break to kick off the summer of cricket – as Hendrick’s Gin announces the GIN-terval at the Home of Cricket, inviting spectators to enjoy an ice-cold Hendrick’s & Tonic at the Hendrick’s bar for the ultimate refreshing break from the action.

Andy Muggleton, Assistant Secretary (Commercial), MCC, added: “Our aim is to ensure that our Members and visitors have an unforgettable day when they come to Lord’s, enjoying the action on the field and the experience away from wicket.

“We think the fit with Hendrick’s Gin is perfect for our customers and hope that they enjoy the GIN-terval breaks!”

Ifan Jenkins, UK Marketing Director at William Grant & Sons, explains: “We are so excited to be partnering with MCC to keep the cricket crowd refreshed this summer, and make the Home of Cricket the Home of the Hendrick’s GIN-terval.

“There has never been a better time for a delectable Hendrick’s cocktail than while sitting back and enjoying the summer of cricket at the iconic venue that is Lord’s. We’re looking forward to seeing fans and newcomers to the game immerse themselves in this new unusually refreshing cricket experience.”
