Lahore, 12 May 2025: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the resumption of men’s domestic cricket events after a brief postponement due to the prevailing national situation.
Starting today, competitive grassroots cricket is back in action with the recommencement of the Regional Intra-District Challenge Cup and the Inter-District U19 One-Day Tournament.
In addition, the President’s Trophy Grade II will resume from 14 May. The tournament had also been paused and will now proceed with its revised schedule:
- Quarter-finals: 19–21 May
- Semi-finals: 24–26 May
- Final: 28–31 May
The PCB reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing domestic cricket by providing consistent opportunities for emerging players to compete and develop across different formats and levels.
These tournaments play a crucial role in identifying talent from the grassroots and building a strong pipeline for regional and national selections.
