The ICC Champions Trophy is set to return to the cricketing calendar for the first time since 2017, with defending champions Pakistan opening their campaign against New Zealand in Karachi. The tournament, running from February 19 to March 9, will take place across three venues in Pakistan, while India will play its matches in the UAE.
As excitement builds for the event, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially unveiled the new ODI jersey for the national team. This marks Pakistan’s first time hosting an ICC mega event since 1996, and PCB has been actively engaging fans to sustain enthusiasm.
The jersey retains Pakistan’s signature green, symbolizing national pride, identity, and team spirit. It is expected to make its on-field debut during the ODI Tri-Series featuring Pakistan, New Zealand, and South Africa, beginning on February 8.
Following the squad announcement last week, PCB has also opened pre-orders for the Champions Trophy jersey through its social media platforms, allowing fans to be among the first to own it. Supporters can purchase official merchandise and rally behind the team.
According to PCB’s official website, the jersey is priced at Rs 3,500 for fans in Pakistan and USD 40 for international buyers, reinforcing the #WearYourPassion campaign and strengthening support for the Men in Green.
Having defeated arch-rivals India in the previous final, Pakistan will aim to capitalize on home advantage and defend their title on home soil.
