Subhan Ahmed, COO of the Emirates Cricket Board and former COO of the PCB, confirmed in an exclusive interview with Cricket Pakistan that discussions with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) regarding revenue sharing and other matters are progressing smoothly.

“We’re in the final stages of our talks, and I don’t see any issues. Both sides are committed to ensuring mutual benefits,” he stated.

Highlighting the importance of collaboration, Ahmed said, “For any partnership to succeed, both sides need to feel valued. The PCB has been understanding of our concerns, and we’ve had productive exchanges of ideas. We aim to finalize everything very soon.”

With the event fast approaching, Ahmed assured that ticket sales and related details are nearly finalized. “We’ve been working hard to ensure everything is in place. As soon as we confirm the arrangements, fans will be informed about ticket prices and the purchasing process,” he explained.

Subhan Ahmed highlighted the harmonious atmosphere among fans when hosting India-Pakistan matches in the UAE. “Here, supporters from both sides sit together without any issues,” he said.

Ahmed also spoke about the UAE’s capability to host more bilateral series, including high-profile India-Pakistan encounters. “Our venues and infrastructure make us an ideal choice for international cricket. If teams are willing, we’re ready to host them,” he concluded.
