The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), formerly the Board of Control for Cricket in Pakistan, is the governing body for cricket in Pakistan. It oversees and organizes all tours and matches for the Pakistan national cricket team. A member of the International Cricket Council since 1952, the PCB represents Pakistan's men's and women's teams in international cricket tournaments.

Central Punjab U19 Whites has been fined PKR 28,000, for maintaining a slow over-rate in the ongoing National U19 Championship.

Central Punjab U19 Whites were three overs short in the fourth round match against Sindh U19 Whites which ended in a draw on Wednesday at the Hanif Mohammad HPC in Karachi.

Central Punjab Whites were charged under Article 2.22 of the PCB Code of Conduct for Players and Players Support Personnel that deals with minimum over-rate offences.

Central Punjab U19 Whites captain Hafiz Usman Nadeem pleaded guilty to the charge proposed by on-field umpires Fahim Bukhari and Irfan Haider and accepted the sanction leveled by match referee Athar Laeeq.
