With the IPL 2025 season approaching, teams are actively securing major sponsorship deals, reinforcing the trend of high-value partnerships in Indian cricket. Both Punjab Kings and Mumbai Indians have locked in significant agreements, highlighting the growing commercial appeal of the league.
Punjab Kings announced Kshema General Insurance as their “Official General Insurance Partner” for the season. As part of the deal, Kshema, a fully digital insurance provider, will have its logo prominently displayed on the team’s playing and practice kits.
Beyond branding, Kshema will introduce the “Kshema Secure Hands” initiative, a digital campaign that will spotlight the best fielding efforts from Punjab Kings players. This initiative aligns with Kshema’s values of trust, reliability, and protection while enhancing fan engagement across India.
Expressing enthusiasm about the collaboration, CMO of Kshema General Insurance, stated, “Punjab Kings’ deep connection to its roots and their exciting brand of cricket make them a natural fit for us as we aim to provide innovative insurance solutions.” He also emphasized how the partnership would help build awareness about insurance products while fostering a stronger emotional bond with fans.
Satish Menon, CEO of Punjab Kings, echoed similar sentiments, saying, “This partnership will create meaningful opportunities for both brands and foster mutual growth.”
