Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance Event Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executing cricket tournaments and leagues, with a thorough understanding of the Bengaluru sports environment. This role requires someone who can work both remotely and on-site as needed.

Responsibilities:
– Execute cricket tournaments and leagues as per the provided plans.
– Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful events.
– Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and scheduling.
– Oversee event operations on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
– Ensure all events comply with local regulations and safety standards.
– Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in event execution, specifically within the sports industry.
– Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru sports environment.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as required.

Compensation:
– Payment will be project-based and dependent on the specific requirements of each event.
