The key purpose of the role is to assist with the efficient and profitable online and customer facing shopfloor operations of the MCC, and Lord’s Shops located within Lord’s Cricket Ground whilst assisting with the efficient operation of all stock functions. To take responsibility for carrying out all the back-office stock record maintenance, stock monitoring, stock movement and stock taking administration

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous retail experience – ideally within a sports Retail environment
  • Punctual and a flexible approach to work content and working hours
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills delivered with speed and administrative accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of stock management processes and procedures
  • Excellent customer service and selling skills
  • Conversant with the basics of Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work independently with attention to detail
  • Confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic
  • Trustworthy, hardworking, and reliable
