Bio

Iain Higgins is currently the Managing Director of ELLVEE, a role he was appointed to in August 2022.

Higgins served as the Chief Executive Officer of USA Cricket for over two years from 2019 until the end of 2021. 

Previously, Higgins served the ICC for over a decade, including in key roles such as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. 

Higgins is a Cambridge-educated lawyer and Solicitor. He has a Legal Practice Certificate (LPC) from Leeds Beckett University with a distinction. He also achieved a postgraduate certificate in Sports Law from King’s College London in 1998.

Higgins is also a former professional rugby league player, and made 2 international appearances for Scotland.
