About the role

The Ticketing and Hospitality Operations Executive will be responsible for leading the delivery of key functions in the Sydney Sixers and Sydney Thunder BBL ticketing and hospitality programs, with the aim of driving attendance and revenue growth as well as enhancing the customer experience.

You will:

·       Lead the delivery of ticketing and hospitality program functions including venue configuration, inventory management, CRM, operations, and fulfilment

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with venues, suppliers, and ticketing agents

·       Answer inbound queries within a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service

·       Represent the Sydney Sixers and Sydney Thunder on match day by servicing attendees, or working at Club functions (as required)

About you

·       Tertiary Level Qualification

·       Excellent customer service skills

·       Highly developed written and oral communication skills

·       Proficiency with Microsoft programs, including excel

·       Experience in ticketing and/or hospitality programs

·       Experience in Ticketek and/or Ticketmaster platforms
