Tachyon Security will financially support the new Dutch women’s cricket Super League. The agreement is currently valid for the 2023 season.

The new Super League aims to further develop women’s cricket, close the gap between club teams and national teams and encourage offensive batting. This in view of the shorter formats T10 and T20 in general, and the upcoming European T20 World Cup qualification in particular. The latter tournament will take place in Spain at the beginning of September.

Rashid Shah, CEO and Co-Owner of Tachyon Security said: “We are delighted to extend our support to the new KNCB initiative as it perfectly aligns with our vision of advancing international women’s cricket. regained its ODI status continues to demonstrate tremendous ambition, talent and drive. These qualities also extend to Tachyon Security, making our connection to this initiative all the more meaningful.”

“We are very pleased with Tachyon Security as a sponsor of the Dutch Women’s Super League,” added Subir Shrestha, KNCB’s Performance & Operations Manager. “Their valued support will help us continue to grow the Super League and further develop women’s cricket in the Netherlands.”
