Training camps for the Pakistan men’s national and Shaheens sides will commence later this week. Babar Azam’s side will tour Sri Lanka for the two Test match series scheduled from 16 to 28 July. This will be Pakistan’s first assignment in the third cycle of the ICC World Test Championship. Mohammad Haris’ Pakistan Shaheens will too travel to Sri Lanka to feature in the eight-team ACC Men’s Emerging Asia Cup scheduled from 14 to 23 July.

Following are the training and media opportunities at the two training camps.

4-7 July: Pakistan men’s camp. All activities at the Hanif Mohammad High Performance Centre

4, 5 and 6 July – The team will train from 0900. At the end of the training session, a player will be available for a media talk.

7 July – The team will train from 0900.

8 July – The team will depart for Sri Lanka

4-10 July: Pakistan Shaheens’ camp. Activities at National Cricket Academy and LCCA ground

4, 5 and 9 July– The players will have training sessions at the National Cricket Academy from 1600 till 1830. The PCB will provide video clips and pictures from the sessions.

6 and 8 July – The players will feature in 30-over match scenario at the LCCA ground, which will begin at 1415. On 8 July, head coach Mohammad Masroor will be available for a media talk at 1400 before the match at the LCCA ground.

7 July – Rest

10 July – The players will feature in 50-over practice match, which begins at 0930 at the LCCA ground. At 1400 captain Mohammad Haris will be available for a media talk at the LCCA ground.

11 July – The team will depart for Sri Lanka
