The Palace of Dreams remains invested in domestic cricket with renewal of partnership for the next three years.

Peermont’s renowned Emperors Palace Casino Convention Resort has renewed it’s partnership with Centurion-based Titans cricket team. The partnership see the Palace of Dreams remain as the Official Accommodation and Entertainment partner to the Titans until 2026.

The Titans is South Africa’s most successful domestic cricket team having lifted the 4 Day Series, One Day Cup as well as T20 Challenge trophies on multiple occasions. The Titans have also been home to some of South Africa’s most successful players who have shone both on the local and international stage. These include Faf du Plessis, AB de Villiers, Chris Morris, Farhaan Behardien, Quinton de Kock, Dean Elgar, Tabraiz Shamsi, Aiden Markram, Lungi Ngidi and Junior Dala.

‘At Emperors Palace we know a thing or two about winners and therefore it’s only logical to continue our partnership with Titans. The Titans are a phenomenal team and like the gladiators of ancient Rome, they are warriors who always strive to victory,’ says Emperors Palace Complex Executive Clive Tavener of the partnership that sees the Palace of Dreams make SuperSport Park their supporter base again until 2026. ‘We wish the Titans luck this upcoming season and proudly support them in every competition.’

Titans cricket CEO, Dr Jacques Faul reiterates, ‘We’ve had a very successful relationship with Emperors Palace and it’s got better year on year. They make a significant contribution to the big blue magician and we’re thankful for the partnership we have with them. For a partnership to work and to be a success you require buy in from both parties and all our engagements with Emperors Palace have been very cordial and warm.’

Longevity is part of the recipe with Emperors Palace being a partner to Titans since 2016.

‘It’s no secret that for us at the Titans we pride ourselves on long standing partnerships and it’s very encouraging that a partner like Emperors Palace who have provided so much have committed to another three years with us. We are delighted with the partnership renewal and confident that we will continue to reach new heights,’ concludes Faul.

The Titans season starts on 23 September 2023 with the Titans facing the Paarl Rocks in their opening match at SuperSport Park. For more information visit emperorspalace.com, alternatively find out more about Titans Cricket on www.titans.co.za
