Titans Cricket: Former Titans captain and current Commercial Manager appointed Director of Supersport Park International Cricket Academy

SuperSport Park is thrilled to announce the appointment of Pierre Joubert, esteemed former Titans Captain and current Titans Commercial Manager, as the SuperSport Park International Cricket Academy Director.

With a robust cricket background and demonstrated project management prowess, Joubert brings a wealth of expertise to this prestigious role.

The SuperSport Park International Cricket Academy (SPICA) is slated to run from September 1, 2024, to November 15, 2024, offering aspiring cricketers an unparalleled opportunity to hone their skills under Joubert guidance.

Joubert’s leadership promises to elevate the academy’s standards and foster the development of emerging talent within the cricketing community. World-class coaches will assist the academy in playing against the Titans and other high-profile teams.

Furthermore, the Global Cricket School in India has generously sponsored three promising international academy players, providing them the invaluable opportunity to attend a comprehensive training camp in India.

Mr. Sachin Baja, the esteemed owner of the Global Cricket School, shares a longstanding friendship with the Titans organisation, dating back to the tenure of the late Elise Lombard, former CEO.

Titans CEO, Dr Jacques Faul extends heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Baja and Mr Joubert for their unwavering commitment to the academy’s success.

In a testament to their partnership, the Global Cricket School will serve as an official sponsor of the academy, generously providing balls and essential training equipment to support the development of the select group of aspiring cricketers.
