The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier 2026 is set to begin on 18 January in Nepal, with the complete schedule now confirmed by the ICC. The tournament will determine the final four qualifying teams for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026, scheduled for June–July in England and Wales.
Ten teams will compete across group stages and the Super Six phase until 1 February, with matches held at three venues: Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground, Upper Mulpani Cricket Ground, and Lower Mulpani Cricket Ground. Warm-up matches are set for 14 and 16 January.
Group stage matches: 18–26 January
The group stage kicks off on 18 January with the following fixtures:
- Group A: USA v Bangladesh, Ireland v Papua New Guinea
- Group B: Nepal v Thailand, Zimbabwe v Netherlands
Scotland and Namibia enter the competition on 20 January. Four group matches will be played every other day, with the stage concluding on 26 January. The top three teams from each group will move on to the Super Six.

The Super Six matches will determine which four teams qualify for the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026:

- 30 Jan: QA1 v QB2 (9am), QA2 v QB1 (9am), QA3 v QB3 (1pm)
- 1 Feb: QA2 v QB3 (9am), QA1 v QB1 (9am), QB2 v QA3 (1pm)
*Note: If Nepal advances, they will play as QB2 in the Super Six.
Warm-up matches: 14 and 16 January
Warm-up matches will be held across all three venues. Highlights include:

Road to ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026
The qualifier tournament provides a final pathway to the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026, which will be hosted in England and Wales. The top four teams from the Super Six stage will join automatic qualifiers at the global tournament in June–July 2026.
