Pakistan and Bangladesh to clash in three-match T20I series starting May 28 in Lahore

First Bangladesh contingent arrives as both teams prepare for press conferences, training sessions, and full media coverage ahead of Gaddafi Stadium series

The three-match T20I series between Pakistan and Bangladesh will kick off on 28 May at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. The series marks another key bilateral engagement in the 2025 international cricket calendar.

Bangladesh’s squad has begun to arrive in Pakistan, with the first group landing in the early hours of 25 May. Two additional groups are scheduled to arrive on 26 May.

The Pakistan national squad will assemble in Lahore on Sunday, 26 May. Players involved in the HBL PSL X final will join the squad a day later on Monday.

Training and media schedule announced

Both teams will train and participate in media activities leading up to the series:

  • 26 May: Both teams to train at 7:30pm at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore. Media availability includes a player or support staff member from each team.
  • 27 May: Second training session at 7:30pm. Captains of both teams will participate in the official pre-series press conference and trophy unveiling at Level 2, Iqbal End of GSL.
  • 28 May: First T20I match between Pakistan and Bangladesh. Post-match media conferences with a player or support staff member from both sides.
  • 29 May: Rest day. No media activities planned.
  • 30 May: Second T20I match, followed by post-match press conferences.
  • 31 May: Both teams train at 7:30pm. Pre-session media talks expected from both camps.
  • 1 June: Final T20I match of the series. Post-series media interaction with players or staff from both teams.
