With 80 players sold, to have five from the North West Dragons is a great achievement for our team and squad. The Mumbai Indians Cape Town have scooped up three of the five North West Dragons players. The three players that will turn up and represent in Cape Town are Duan Jansen (R3.3M), Delano Potgieter (R175K) and Wesley Marshall (R175K).

Caleb Seleka (R175K) will represent magnificently as he joins the Joburg Super Kings for the competition.  The highest auctioned player from the NW Dragons, Dwaine Pretorius (R4.1M) will be bringing the fire for the Durban Giants come January 2023.

“North West Cricket is extremely proud of our boys and know that they will make the best of the opportunity as they mix and play with other great local and international players.

We as a Union are extremely proud of our boys and we are more than confident that they will represent us well.  congratulations to these gentlemen and we wish them all the best for the competition.” Said Acting CEO of North West Cricket, Ismail Minty.
