Liam Plunkett Cricket launches New Women’s Cricket Courses

Liam Plunkett Cricket recently launched its Women’s Cricket program, headed by Courtney and Lauren Winfield-Hill. Their first release, a Women’s Coaching Cricket Course, is an online course dedicated to providing coaches with tutorials on how to best structure cricket skills sessions for beginners. This course is available on the website and is open for enrollment.

Courtney and Lauren are a highly-decorated sporting duo with a wealth of cricketing experience between them. With their series of courses, their aim is to show a new generation of cricketers that cricket is an accessible sport for female athletes. By helping both aspiring players and coaches to up their game, these courses will help to nurture a new generation of cricketers; further growing the sport wherever it may go in the future.

LP Cricket, Liam Plunkett’s training academy brand, is a digital learning platform for aspiring cricketers and enthusiasts to get more into the sport. Liam, now a player in the USA league, has released his courses to the US with a range of player and coaching methodologies included. Users can log in from anywhere to access a whole host of videos and interactive resources. This new women’s cricket course follows the same structure with a mix of female-led video tutorials covering how to best coach basic techniques and drills.
