    We’re looking for a driven Team Operations Coordinator to join our Team Operations team until 31 March 2022.

    Reporting to the Women’s Team & Operations Lead you’ll be responsible for making a difference to our Australian Teams’ apparel, equipment and travel logistics programs.

    About the role

    Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Travel Logistics
  • Assist with our Men’s, Women’s and Pathway National Teams logistical operations (flights/accommodation/ground transport);
  • Liaise with Cricket Australia’s travel partners and suppliers to identify and book suitable on-ground logistics for touring teams;
  • Coordinate with Cricket Australia’s Government Relations team to prepare touring documentation that may be required for interstate/international border movements;
  • Input and manage touring calendars for teams on Cricket Australia’s Athlete Management System;
  • Assist with other projects for the Australian National Teams from time to time, including player camps, content capture camps, player appearances etc.
  • Finance and administration
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including:-
  • Player reimbursements;
  • Purchase orders through Cricket Australia’s Basware system;

    You’ll have:

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and execute multiple tasks;
  • IT Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
