Here’s the deal…

We’re looking for a driven Ticketing Assistant to join our Ticketing Team in this 6 month fixed term role.

Reporting to the Ticketing Operations Manager you’ll assist with the processing of tickets, looking after holds and providing general assistance to the ticketing operations team for the season.

About The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaise with and process tickets for internal stakeholders
  • Work with the Ticketing Managers to ensure smooth operating of ticketing systems
  • Assist with allocation monitoring and ensuring holds for events are accurate
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide assistance with event and other admin duties as required
  • Provide support on event day as required

You’ll Have

About you

  • Tertiary Qualifications in relevant field
  • Previous experience in administration, events or customer service
  • Experience using Ticketek/ Ticketmaster ticketing systems
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in high pressure environment with competing priorities
