Bio

Dr. Lachlan Henderson was appointed Chairman of the Cricket Australia’s Board of Directors in February 2022, becoming the third chairman in just five months, replacing interim chair Richard Freudenstein.

He was previously Chair of the Western Australian Cricket Association, and also has a wealth of experience in cricket, having played first grade in Perth and also represented Western Australia State’s in junior team.

Along with cricket, Henderson has a long career in the health sector.  He is currently the Group Chief Executive at Epworth HealthCare and President of the Australian Private Hospitals Association. 

Henderson completed his Masters in Health Services Management from Monash University.
